I booked on the phone...We have the buy 4/3 deal for 8/8-8/16 & the free dining 8/16-8/22 staying at All stars suites.

You know as much as I LOVED the Poly on this trip I can't say that I loved it that much more than Pop Century and if it were my family of 5 and for 2 weeks I would much rather be at ASMu family suites. I really loved the layout there.

I don't think you have to use the ticket first. When we went in '07 we had free dining, so we had the passes on our room keys. We went to Guest Relations at MK and upgraded to APs without using the passes to enter the parks. You might go to the GR window and ask them if you have to enter the park first.

Is Friday 8/14 still the day everybody wants to do the DDA dinner?

If you don't use the pass you will get whatever you paid for them. If you use the pass first you get the full current value of the pass. When you went on '07 did you have a discount on the ticket? The 7 for 4 deal isn't much but at about $10/ticket for her family of 5 it wouldn't be too big a deal to use the tickets once before upgrading.

Not good. I thought DH would be home by now, but he isn't. DS is going to the Dr. at 1:40.

DH was looking over the itinerary last night and he was griping that there aren't enough MGM nights. He wants to go take pics of MGM at night. I told him to feel free to do precisely that! I am not going to add more MGM nights because there isn't that much to do at MGM at night! The FPs will most likely be gone, I don't want to see Idol, Fantasmic! is only running 3 nights, I see no reason to knock myself out to go there. I really think MGM is my least favorite park. I hate that AK is so steamy, but I still think I like it better than MGM.

What does he want to photograph? I would rather take night shots at AK, MK & Epcot.

Tonight is another basketball band and Cassidy was saying that she would either have to go buy Josh supper or force him to eat during third quarter. So I told her to find out if he likes Chicken Fried Steak...he does so I will make an extra one for him. He is a very sweet young man, who doesn't want Cassidy to go to too much trouble....but it's me cooking

I told her that is the kind of boyfriend she wants....one who wants to treat her well and doesn't want anything in return.

Ah, Uncle Buck wasn't quite 97 yet as his birthday was Feb 26th. But, wow, 96 years young.

DH wants to take pics of the stupid hat. He took a bunch last year, but apparently he wants to take MORE. So whatever.

Robyn - Good plan! It's only $200, and you can cancel if you decide not to go, but might as well book now before all the 7 for 4 rooms are gone.

Good morning DDA--itw as not a great night here in my firefighter family. There was another big fire and multiple guys were taken to the hospital. One is, as the newspapers quote it, fighting for his life. We do not know anything right now and it is so scary..But ill be headed off to work soon and will hopefully find an update

My mom had a doctor appointment today, the are finally going to fix her hernia. Took em long enough.

I did an easy 30 minute swim today then had lunch with DH. We had sandwiches in his lunch room, but still it was a lunch date I came home and soaked and cleaned some brushes and combs as well as washing a load of laundry. Boy I accomplished a lot today I'm dropping the kids off to my Mother at the aquatics center in a half hour then I'm off to work.

The Dr. said since this is basically the 3rd day DS has felt bad that he will probably feel OK tomorrow. We'll see. If he still feels bad in the morning I will keep him home one more day.

Well, that, and he doesn't like to be home by himself. At least tomorrow I can go back home after I take Princess to school, and DH will be home before I have to pick her up. We'll see. I don't want to push him if he still feels really bad.

So on Thursday I will be attending the 4th funeral for the year. As my Grandpa passed away early this morning between 4am and 7am. His viewing is on Wednesday and the funeral is Thursday.

The ironic part is 6 years ago today my Pop-pop had passed away. They both passed away on February 9th but 6 years apart. But his funeral and viewing was on Valentine's day. This is not the best time to go as flowers are a fortune. But what can you do.

I am going through pictures. My Aunt and Grandma are here now.

I hope that you are all doing well.

I'm off to the Dr myself, just a routine checkup, I've been doing so well with my asthma that we are going to try to cut back on my meds some.

Wow, they've had some bad luck lately

I know-its crazy. Thanks all for the prayers..I am hoping for some more updates tonight. The newspaper did say that he coded twice overnight and he is in ICU .
