Chanon - I have no idea.
Since I don't know how much the tickets were before, I can't tell if the prices have gone up!

Elin I hope all is well with Buttons![]()
I hope she is okay, but I have this hilarious visual in my head right now.![]()
On the home page of the DIS, it says Disney ticket prices have increased. I can't figure out for the life of me WHERE the ticket increase is though...the list isn't updated on the DIS or on Mousesavers, so I printed off the "new" list from Disney. They are telling me that a 5DB ticket is 225.00 plus tax (at 6.5%) we are at 236.43. That's the same that is on the DIS and Mousesavers so have tickets not been updated??
Elizabeth how much are AP's.
We are thinking of going 10 days in 2010, not sure if we would make it back in 2011. What would be the advantage of getting one AP? Anyone?

APs are about $500 per adult, Jennifer. The benefits are: possible room discounts, meal discounts, the ability to purchase a Tables in Wonderland (Disney Dining Experience) card which offers that 20% discount on table service meals, possible car rental discounts, discounts on various WDW tours... How does that sound?
Elin is right - they are about $500 for adults. I think I have it written down as $392, but that is with the $100 DVC discount. I don't have my planning notebook with me today.
Apparently the AP discounts they just released are not valid on weekends, so lots of people are REALLY angry. My AP is expired so I can't even get on the Passholder website now.![]()
We love the DDE card - we save WAY more with that than with the DDP because DS doesn't eat large portions.
The AP meal discounts aren't that terrific - mostly 10% off for lunch.
The tour discount is 15%, but you can get that with Disney Visa and AAA, too.
The real savings for us with the AP is on park admission. We will get a MINIMUM of 28 park admissions on the APs we buy in August. If we end up going on a quick trip this December we'll get more like 32 admissions.
hmmThe tables in wonderland card sounds good, How much is that, again? Where does the rental car discount come from? Their is usually a 20-40% discount for AP on room right if their is one. Is their other meal discounts besdies the TIW card? I don't think we will do a tour in 2010.
So the only good thing is the table in wonderland card. as I am not sure if we will go in 2011 or wait to go again in 2012. They offer discounts to some MVMCP's right? How much of a discount was that I wonder. Is the meal discount on TS? The TIW card gives 20% off but you have to tip 18% right?Elin is right - they are about $500 for adults. Jennifer - The card is $60.
Most of the meal discounts with the AP by itself are lunch discounts at the TS places in Epcot, and some of the DTD places.
I think the rental car is Alamo.
Jennifer - This link will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about AP benefits:

thanks so mousesavers has the AP price listed as 499.49
I definately want a rental car when we go next time. But I bet with some looking and some pointing out of sites I might miss by you all I could probably get a better deal without the AP.
