I am still doing well on my plan. All my water, only one pepsi, my exercise for the day, and had all my meds and vitamins. Tomorrow is my day of rest. Good thing since I'll be driving to Lansing.

Beings his birthday is so late in the school year, he will not start that till school starts back up after summer.

In Vermont you can take the written test to get a learner's permit when you turn 15. You must take a driver's ed course before you can take the driver's test to get your actual license. You must be 16 to get your license. You can only drive with an adult with the learner's permit and only in VT.

My brother called me today asking about the discounts Disney is offering right now. He said he was thinking of going Mar. 1st - 5th. I told him Gary & I were planning on going the 4th - 11th. My brother is now booked for the same time frame with the 4/3 deal :yay:

I have not been to Disney with my brother since 2000, so I am really looking forward to this. We won't spend all of our time together, but we will share a few meals. He also has a new girlfriend & she is a Disney nut just like the rest of us :thumbsup2

He was thinking of driving, but after I told him how much flights were he realized that it would be cheaper to fly. So if he does this we will all be on the same flights as well!

That is exciting. I'm glad that it is all working out. I know that you were looking forward to just the 2 of you, but as long as you can do things alone too it should be fine :thumbsup2

Elin enjoy the game. That is #27 on my list, I hate sports of any kind.

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: Hopefully you can get your water in while on the road. Of course that might mean more potty breaks.

Chris adn I are doing well too. We are both staying within our points even when we had to be a bit creative with what we have on hand. I went shopping this afternoon and stocked up on diet friendly food. Man that grocery bill was a shocker. I also picked up things that I thought would be good as they were labeled lean or high fiber, only to find out that they are still high in points. One piece of turkey bacon is one point. Quaker Oatmeal on the Go is 5 points per bar. When your only allowed 22 points a day that is not good :sad2: Thankfully I've found some wonderful flat bread that is only 1 point. They make excellent sandwiches :thumbsup2 I bought some oatmeal bagels that were labeled twice the fiber as regular bagels, but they are still 5 points too  Oh well, we are learning as we go and the kids are dieting so they can eat what we can't.

This was a nice surprise to find in the Orlando Sentinel. A fellow DISer, I cruised with Andrew (Alanapapa) and his wife Carolyn (Caropooh) and their two girls on the Panama Canal Repo cruise got in the Sentinel. Andrew got the first free admission for the Birthday promo. It truly is a small world.
It's a small world afterall!!!:cool1:

Well, I am trying to find some open houses to visit tomorrow. I have one already, but would like to find a few more if they're out there. I did just find a place I really like on another site. Guess I had better get my spreadsheet opened up so I can keep up with my notes. In case I don't make it back tonight...have a good evening everyone.

I found some good deals today, and I wasn't even looking. Kohl's had their Christmas stuff for 75% off, including the hallmark ornaments. I found one Disney one, but while I was looking a sales associate came out to restock with extra stuff from outback. I ended up with about a dozen different ornaments :goodvibes I also stumbled upon a tree skirt that is absolutely perfect for our Disney tree. It is solid red with white rick rack. It has the words "I believe" embroidered around the bottom. I've been looking for a tree skirt and hadn't been able to find one that struck my fancy, then boom, 75% off and the ONLY tree skirt left in the store. It must have been meant to be.

home Depot also had their Christmas Items 75% off, there wasn't much left, but I did get one of the 6 ft blow up Mickey's on a Rocking Horse.

And, not on sale, but none the less...I found tinkerbell wallpaper border to match my shower curtain and a framed Tinkerbell print ($3 on clearance) and solid, scarf style curtain for the window. I also grabbed a bunch of paint swatches to determine the best color to paint the room. Chris just shakes his head when I show him all of my tinkerbell stuff. I need to find some Tinkerbell Christmas items to use next Christmas in there.:goodvibes

The water isn't an issue on the road as long as I take care of it. I've done it before. I just got out of the habit because I got lazy. I will probably have to stop more to keep my legs from locking up. I'm not really that sore which has been a surprise but if I sit still too long I do cramp up a little.

I'm glad to hear you and Chris are doing well. I can't imagine counting all those points. I would never do it. I just don't have the patience. I don't ever want to count points or calories or anything. I will cut back on my portions and try to eat healthier but I want to eat what I want to eat.
