DD turning 13 at WDW need disign

Can someone help with a Disign for DD who will be turning 13 on our trip or point me to the right Disigners thread? Her fav characters are Wall-E and Belle. DD's name is Ellie. I was thinking something like "Look out world, Ellie is 13" or something about turning 13. I'm not very creative.

I was looking through my old designs for anything Belle or 13th birthday (I know that I don't have any Wall-E). This is what I have. I could change any personalization as needed. Please PM me, though, because I sometimes don't get a chance to check the boards.
