Whenever we get kids catalogs, we let DD look through them and circle what she likes. It helps her make up her birthday and Christmas lists.
Yesterday, our One Step Ahead catalog came in the mail. For about 30 minutes, she studied the catalog and was circling a lot of stuff! Finally, she handed the catalog to me and said she circled everything her little brother needed. Sure enough, everything she circled was for an infant or young toddler - not one thing for herself.
What a good kid!
