DD Bus?

On a recent trip to WDW, we found out that you can not take a bus from a park to Downtown Disney. Has that recently changed?

I thought that on one of our last trips either 2 or 4 years ago that we were able to take a bus one of the parks to DD. I am crazy or was that possible before?

It might have been possible four years ago. Disney stopped doing that right around that time because people were parking at DTD from offsite and taking the busses to the parks, avoiding the parking fee.
