DD broke her foot and we leave Sat....now what? She is in a cast from knee to toe. We got a stroller that will hold her weight , but will they let us use it as a wheelchair etc? HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes of course they will, with a few exceptions. She will not be able to stay in it on buses because the stroller will not be able to be locked down properly.
You may want to stop at guest services(in the parks not at the hotel) when you go to your first park and get a GAC that will allow you to use the stroller as a wheelchair, to me it would seem obvious that that is what you are doing but a CM may need "official" permission from someone else(GS) to do it.

I posted on your thread on the other board because I saw it there first. I'm just copying what I posted>
Depending on how big she is, she might be more comfortable in a stroller.
The wheelchairs that can be rented in the parks are adult wheelchairs and for a child, the seat is going to be too deep and the armrests too high (unless she is close to 'adult size'. They also don't have elevating footrests.

Since you said you have a stroller she can fit in, that sounds the best. If she has a cast, the CMs should see it and let you bring the stroller into line. If you want to make sure that you don't have any problems, you can stop in Guest Relations and get a Guest Assistance Card that allows a stroller to be used the same as a wheelchair. There is information about Guest Assistance Cards in the disABILITIES FAQs thread near the top of the thread list on the disABILITIES Board. There is also a link to a past thread about boarding rides for people who need extra time.

For the bus, as HappyDznyCamper mentioned, she will need to get out of the stroller and have it folded. The drivers may notice the cast and let you board at the rear or maybe not.

You might ask the person who will be removing the cast to draw a line where it will be cut. Bring several "Sharpies" with you. The characters will be willing to autograph her cast, just warn them not to have their signature cross the line. After the cast is removed your daughter will have a very unusual souvenier of her trip.

It shouldn't be a problem, especially with a note from her doctor and a GAC. Can she walk a little and put weight on her foot? Many rides require getting out of a wheelchair ( in her case the stroller) and boarding the ride vehicle. If she can't put weight on her foot, you will need to either lift her or get her some crutches to bring with you. I have recent experience with this kind of dilemma. My 16 year old DD tore her ACL this June the week before we left. She could not put any weight on this leg. However, with her crutches, a wheelchair (transport type) from home, a knee brace, and a note from her doctor, she was able to enjoy every ride and we had a great trip. She just had surgery yesterday and is doing well. The folks on this board were really helpful with all my questions, and I will be forever grateful.

Just wanted to point out that you don't need a note from the doctor, so don't worry about getting one.
Probably, you won't need a GAC for her at all since the CMs will be able to see the (rather large) cast.

There may be some things that are a bit difficult to get into (like Splash Mountain is a rather large step over the side of the car down into it). But, many attractions won't be that difficult - Splash Mountain is one of the harder to get into.
