DD and DS looking for friends

We are camping at Ft. Wilderness for a total of 25 nights. (Yes, I know we are lucky!) DD 13 and DS 17 would like to locate some other kids to hang out with - swim, bike, etc. Anyone going with kids this age during those dates?

What dates will you be in Fw? We will be there in August for a week.

We'll be there from Aug.22-Sept.1. To bad we'll miss you, I have a 14 yo DD, and a 16yo DD.

We are going in late July, and my kids are much younger - actually I would have probably wanted to hire your children to babysit - LOL!

I bet they will have no problem meeting new friends and having tons of fun. The pool and campfire/movies are great places to meet friends.

We were there last year during that time, but this year we're going in December. Any chance you can go back then??? We have DS 18, DS 15 and DD 13. Oh well, they'll have fun anyway! Be sure to take their bikes if you can. We took DS's bikes, but DD had outgrown hers. We ended up going to WalMart and buying her one while we were there. We were there for 2 weeks last summer and this year we're staying for 25 nights!

I am really hoping my 2 dear teen daughters either get along with each other, or find some friends when we go to FW. Grumpy teens can really put the damper on a vacation! My DS, will turn 9 while we're there. He'd be happy anywhere, and will play with any kid he sees..........................

We will be there from June 24 to July 3rd. four kids DS 15+, DS 13+, DS 10, DD 8.

We always take a break sometime after lunch and my kids will either be in the pool with a ball of some kind or in the arcade.

I am sure they will welcome freinds.
