DCP Web-based interview rejection?

I took my web-based interview for the disney college program in september. My computer kept refreshing in the middle of the interview and the questions would change and then as I went to answer a question it refreshed and said I had been rejected. It didn't seem right... I am a total Disney fanatic and I'm very friendly and outgoing. Everyone was shocked when I didn't get in. But i do have friends who are very shy and almost anti-social but they got accepted... Is there anyway there could have been a glitch in the system? The program was bugging out and being very weird. I have read about this happening before and they were given a second chance. I REALLY WANT THIS. Is there anyway I could call and talk to someone and get my slate wiped clean so I could still apply for this upcoming season? Somebody please help me!!?

Same thing happened to me but inter start of October! Would love to know if there is an answer!?

I've seen somewhere that if you give a call to the WDW college program or email them and they can reset it if you explain your situation. This would give you another shot to try again.

If you do get another chance, I have seen that you need to use internet explorer to avoid problems like this. From experience, I used Google Chrome and it worked fine. I think most problems arise when you use a Mac and Safari - so that might be a problem as well.

thank you I'm still really nervous and unsure what they're going to say though. I can't call until Monday or Tuesday because their office is closed on weekends. Does anyone know what I should say to really get my point across that I REALLY WANT THIS?

I called them and I spoke to a woman and she told me that I must be incorrect because their system has a way of alerting them if anything goes wrong with someones interview. So, i guess I just imagined that my interview refreshed itself, changed answers & questions etc. I'm really disappointed...
