DCP Summer Time

Hello All,
I was wondering if anyone knew if they offered a summer only program for the DCP? I reallllly want to to the program but don't want to be away from my family for that long of time haha.

Nope, only fall, spring, or Advantage programs. The shortest program is 4 months, I believe.

They used to offer a summer program for alumni that had already completed one of the fall or spring programs, but they didn't offer it this year. So I'm not sure if it will be offered in future years or if they took it away entirely because so many people are applying for the Advantage programs that they have enough CPs over the summer.

It was really an opportunity to return and not an official "program". They didn't offer it a few years. Then did for a good stretch. And then didn't again this past year.

It was really just to replace Spring Advantage people who may left the program early.

Their business and occupancy needs will decide if it is offered again in 2013 or down the road. That is how it always was and why they wouldn't officially state if one was happening or not until January/February each year.

For a first timer, the summer is a definite no. For alumni, it is up in the air each year and they shouldn't count on it.
