1. Know what your top three roles are and what their role entails. It's best to research your roles so, you have an idea what to expect if that ends up being for role during the dcp.
2. After the interview is over, thank your interviewer and have a question or two to ask. You can ask how they got their start in Walt Disney Company.
3. Practice questions like: "How would you handle an angry guest?" "How would you make a guest's day magical while visiting Disney World?" "How would you help a guest who didn't speak English?"
4. Have a good strong reason for why you want to work for Walt Disney Company. Disney of course appreciates disney lovers but, they also want to hire hard workers who want to help make guest feel happy and magical while visiting Disney World.
5. Do talk a lot about your work experience and volunteer experience.
