DCL with direct buy only, but 1/2 missing

So resale can't get DCL...


I was looking at the point chart and they don't offer concierge on the DCL.

So with your direct buy from disney you only get half of DCL anyways*.

*nevermind if its a bad deal points wise to rent DCL

DCL really requires a lot of points or points and cash. The points displayed on the chart are for one person. You have to use points for the first person and you get no cash discount for anyone else.

DCL is only available to DVC when Disney has empty cabins, that shouldn't be as much of an issue as in the past.

Prior to the 2 new ships, availability was limited to only a few cabins per cruise and a couple of years ago they blacked out the entire year for DVC point cruises.

Bottom line is that Disney lets you spend your points on a cruise when it benefits them. Don't buy DVC to cruise.
