Anyone else besides me having issues with the website in the last day or two? I can get to the main page but anytime I select any other area of the website, all I get is a "Monica Blue" screen. Was wondering if it was my computer or the website.

Hard to do research when the site isn't functioning...

The DCL website is a pain in the neck. When you click on anything (go to another page) it can take upwards of 30-45 seconds for the site to respond. I've found when I get a blank screen, just clicking "reload" or "refresh" accomplishes the move.

Takes forever to do anything there.

But, I've not been having any more issues than those typical to the website.
 
Refresh does not work. :/

In general, I think all the Disney websites are terrible. It takes forever to load anything. But DCL is not working for me at all right now.
 
I have trouble with both of my computers but no problem with my iPhone.
 

Booking excursions or activities is a super slow process. In the time it took me to book ONE excursion, I could have painted my nails with the slowest drying polish and watched SWFA.
Okay, I am exaggerating a bit. But it is slow. Hang in there... :)
 
For our first cruise, it took me almost 2 hours to get the 3 of us checked in due to the absurdly slow load times. I warned the rest of our traveling party and they had similar experiences. So crazy.
 
I was also having issues and kept getting the blue screen. This was while using Chrome. I tried IE and it worked much better. Maybe this will help.
 
I have not been able to get the site to work for over a week now. No matter what browser I use, blue screen. Phone, tablet, desktop...all the same result. What is wrong with Disney? Don't they realize there is a problem???

I've been having trouble loading DCL's site as well. Not just that, but my reservation poofed from my account. Talk about panicking. Thankfully, I was able to relink my reservation with the confirm number. Someone I know tried to make a payment using a Disney gift card. Called DCL, was told to do it on the website, so she did. $100 gift card entered, balance did not reflect the payment, gift card now at $0. DVA is just as bad if not worse. Disney IT has huge issues all around. I would think they'd know it by now, but whenever I call, I'm told, "no problems reported on our end."
 
I was having the same issue while trying to make a payment on my cruise today. I have been trying all day on IE and got the blue screen. Just tried the suggestion to use Chrome and it worked fine. payment made.
 
I use Chrome almost exclusively. No go. Even cleared my cache and cookies. So frustrating!!!

I use Chrome exclusively, and I've not had any issues, except the typical taking 30-45 seconds to load a page problem. My reservation is still there, has been since day one, including all the excursions we've booked, and shows when Pirate night is.
 
I have some easy instructions that worked for me last night.
1. Stand slightly to the left of the computer. Do NOT sit...you must stand. Then raise your right arm up higher than the tip of your ear but not the crown of your head.
2. Stand completely still but tap your heels together three times and whisper, "work darn you, work"
3. Now sit down, click on the DCL website and have a sip of your drink of choice. It does not have to be alcohol. :) But it definitely helps if it is.
4. If it does not work, then you need to repeat ALL the above steps. And have a piece of chocolate. Any kind of chocolate will do.

Seriously, I have been able to get onto the website very succesfully the last few times I tried. But it was definitely touch and go there for a night or two last week.
I sure hope you can get on there soon. :)
 
To clarify, I am not trying to load a reservation. I am trying to just search for cruises! We want to book one, but I can't even look at what's available.

I had this problem a week ago. On every computer and every browser I have. I could only access the site from my droid. It seems to have resolved itself hopefully your problems will to. I don't know how DCL expects to sell cruises when the site doesn't work half the time.

Interesting. When does that stuff start showing up? (Pirate night, etc) I can begin booking things tomorrow and I don't have any of those specific things on my reservation.

Are you in an area with snow/ weather/ power outage problems? The whole system may be bogged down?? Sometimes when there is not enough bandwidth available, sites that are notoriously slow already, just can't load.
