DCL Transfers in NY (JFK)?

Has anyone used? Wondering how it works?

First time cruising and I've read and seen how it works in Florida but I was hoping to get some info about how it works in NY. I know in Fl. they have buses that leave from the airport every 20 min. Is it the same? I believe we arrive at JFK at 11:15.
