DCL Transfers have to be booked through TA?

We have a cruise in Jan and I want to add DCL transfers. Do I have to call our TA to do that, or can I call directly?

If you booked the cruise through your TA, then anything else with that cruise having to do with money (including transfers) also has to go through them.
