DCL transfers glitch - canceled during online check in?

This happened to me 2 weeks ago.
We booked a last minute cruise for this Saturday and added transfers. We are staying at MCO Hyatt night before and entered all flight info. Next day I see a -$90 balance. Waited a day or two and it was still there when I logged in. Husband called DCL and was told that our transfers were cancelled and that is why it was showing a -$90 balance. The CM on the phone was able to add them back on later that day for us.

The transfers for my parents disappeared when I was doing check-in last week. These transfers were from the port back to the airport. We also have the transfers from Art of Animation to port, but those were unaffected.

I had completed check-in for them and when I had gone back to see if their info was approved, after I received notification that mine was approved, I saw that the transfers had disappeared and I thought it was because their flight home was showing as being in the AM rather than PM, effectively throwing off the system since the flight said it was departing before we were able to get off the ship.

My sister then got an email stating that it seemed like their transportation had fallen off and there was a refund issued to the card. I just called today and was able to get the transfers put back on with no issue. I thought it was strange since this only happened to their room and no one else's and contributed it to me putting in the wrong thing for the flight since I was checking in 3 different staterooms, but maybe it was just a glitch on their end, although ours disappeared for after the cruise, not before.

It's the first we've read of it occurring at MCO Hyatt, the others were all WDW Resorts.
We've also always entered the flight info without issue, but also usually have airport to hotel transfers booked.
Our check in is tomorrow & we're at MCO Hyatt, so we'll leave the flight info off and hope it's fixed before we have a cruise with airport to hotel transfers booked.
 
More than likely they did fall off because the flight time you gave was outside of the recommended flight time to use the transfers.
That's what I figured, except it wouldn't let me change the times either. I would try to change the one that said AM to PM and every time I saved, it kept changing the flight to be at 1:07am leaving Orlando and then landing at 1:37am.
 
Yes, we experienced this in September. We had transfers from Coronado Springs to Port Canaveral (and then Port Canaveral to the airport on the way back). I input our flight arrival (which was earlier in the week) and my TA told me the system cancelled the transfers because the flight and date of sailing did not match. According to her, it's a known glitch DCL hasn't bothered to fix, lol. So I just removed our arriving flight info (changed it to "driving to port") and my TA was able to re-add the transfers right away.
