Hi - Spent most of last year planning, experiencing, and recovering from my August Cruise on the Disney Magic. For those of you that have not done DCL - you have to do it - best vacation we've ever had.
Trying to follow up with a trip to WDW this August - booked through TA yesterday - 8 days at CBR. Last time I was at WDW was back in 98, and I know alot has changed - so just a few questions if you don't mind...
TA tried to push the meal plan - I have a basic fear of giving someone money, and then trying to live up to what I spent. It seems confusing, and not necessarily worth it. Also, staying on sight for 8 nights, but only 5 day ticket into parks - would the meal plan coincide with the tickets, or the nights in hotel? Would you recommend the plan, or not?
Also, my TA seemed confused about this...are tickets required to enter Pleasure Island and Downtown Disney - or is it just certain places within? I'm a bit confused also.
