DCL to Resort?

I am a first time cruiser and have a couple of transportation questions that I need answered.

I am doing the 7 day land/sea and planned on taking a towncar to the resort and from the resort to the port. My TA arranged for a disney transfer after the Wonder docks to take me to the airport but I have altered my plans a little in that I was going to add on 3 nights to the beginning of the package and now I'm adding the 3 nights to the end. Can I still use the transfers to go back to the resort or will I have to find another way to get back there after the ship docks? I'm now going to have to find a way back to the airport after the 3 nights too and don't think I can afford the towncar. Do you think it's good if I use Mears just to take me back to the airport and how much cheaper will that be? I've never used them before.

Mears runs from MCO to the resorts round trip.

The DCL shuttle runs resort to port round trip and MCO to port round trip.

You can arrange any combination you like. Either have the TA arrange it (DCL) or do it on line (Mears). I have scheduled it just about every way possible including Mears MCO to off-site condo, then Mears condo-to-resort and DCL shuttle from resort-to port and back to resort after the cruise...then Mears from resort to MCO to go home....It was a busy vacation!

ok so I can use the Towncar to take me from MCO to the resort and from the resort to the port and I can also keep my DCL transfers and instead of having them take me back to MCO I can have them take me back to a resort and I guess from there I'll have to arrange Mears or a Towncar to take us to MCO when we depart? Do I have this right? I just thought the DCL transfers might only be for taking you to the port or to the airport after the ship docks?? I'm glad I can arrange for transport back to the resort since I have to break up my Disney Days due to my dd's school schedule.

One-way transfers from the ship to either MCO or the WDW resorts is $25 pp and can be booked before or while onboard.

There are buses that go to both places.

Thank you. I feel better now b/c that has already been figured into my cruise total. The only thing I have to do now is find out how much it will be to take either Mears or the Towncar back to the airport!!
