Yes, everything in the shops is. And all the shops are closed when in ports.

As noted, shops are closed while the ship is in port. Yes everything in the shops is duty free. Of course it counts against your Customs allowance when re-entering the US.

And don't think that duty free means lower priced. Everything I remember looking at had the same price, just no sales tax.

Every little bit counts!! I know on the Dream after awhile they had the inaugril Dooneys marked down 40% so maybe it will happen on the Fantasy in Sept!

A girl can hope..But either way one of those suckers WILL be mine!
