The DCL web site has a feature that allows you to order a promotional DVD. For those that have done this, how long did it take for the DVD to arrive? I ordered on of the DVDs at the beginning of July, and haven't yet received it.

I didn't track it, but it seems like it was 4-6 weeks.
Doesn't sound like very good marketing (the waiting). If people are ASKING you about your product, you should try to save a few pennies and delay how long wait to provide the information.
Ditto on the time period. It's worth ordering. It's the best promo I've seen Disney do, b/c it's very interactive. You can see what's on every deck. It will take you a while to watch everything on there.
Ours took about 4-5 weeks. I'm sure you will get a lot of use out of it--my kids have replayed it so many times I can quote some parts word-for-word and we still have nearly four months left till our cruise. I'm sure I'll know the entire DVD by then!
Ours was only a couple of weeks too. It's worth the wait, since they have "The Making of the Magic" on the DVD ( show about the building of the ship).

I am from the UK and it does not say you can order one fom the web as it is USA residents only. I sent an email to Disney cruise line guest relations and they very kindley said they would post one stright away which was multiregional and it took 2 weeks to arrive. It is fantastic with loads of information on it.
