Well, in this day and age, I’m never sure what to believe. Age discrimination is a thing that exists. Workplace bullying is a thing that exists. Did it actually happen here, or is this a bitter ex-employee? I don’t have enough context to say.

In any event, the statement seems pretty standard - short and strongly worded so that lawyers have little (if any) room to interpret its meaning.
