we are thinking of takening amtrak from seatle to vancover and I notice that it seems to run as a train only a few times but others are bus. Does anyone have any knowledge of this. thanks

We're going to take the 7:00 am train up to Vancouver on Monday morning. I'm not sure why it's sometimes a bus and sometimes a train, but we want the train experience so we're getting up early and heading up on the train.

I bought the cutest mittens at WDW in January just for this trip. I also bought a cute scarf. Get the Ipad it is great! We have one and we love it. I also have a kindel that has to go with me. I have downloaded several childrens books that I read to my 5 month old granddaughter. I will need the extra space for all of the things I will buy her.

We have our room number too. it is 7130. We have never stayed on this side of the ship and it is way in the back

I am thrilled that we are on the ship! I have read a couple of blogs and it sounds wonderful. I have not heard any complaints. The pictures are beautiful! It does look cold but am hoping it will be much warmer in Aug.

Most of the complaints i've read have to do with the changes disney made to the ships themselves in terms of things like the pirate buffet etc, rather than a complaint on the itinerary/excursions relating to Alaska.

I just wish it was august already!
