DCL Cruise Terminal

I'm trying to get addresses together for the DCL cruise terminal to use with our gps system. Does anyone know the address of the DCL cruise terminal?

DCL is located at cruise terminal #8 in Port Canaveral. The link below lists the physical address.

I don't have an address, but using the pointer on Google Earth, it looks like the terminal is located at:
28 degrees 24'45.76 N
80 degrees 37'48.02 W
