Definitely less than 220 but like 5'9 maybe. I'll probably need to upgrade our cabin.Depends on the size of the adult. Weight limit is 220lbs and I would not recommend them for anyone taller than 5'6"
If you are 5'8" or less, maybe. If you are any bigger, no way! My teenage son had his feet and ankles hanging over the edge the last time we tried to fit all of us in one room. Are those ceiling beds acceptable for an adult?
Hi there...Are those ceiling beds acceptable for an adult?
In the upper bunk? Wow your son is so sweet to not complain about how small it is. My son is 6'1" and his feet are off the couch bed but he can put a pillow on the arm rest to try to elongate it. He would not be okay in the upper bunk.My son was 6' 2" and probably slightly over the weight limit when he slept in it. No complaints from him.
Not sure it even rose to the level of being sweet. It just wasn't an issue. But I think the bed he slept on at the same time while away in college was also short, so he was used to his feet dangling off the end of the bed. I know, that until my wife and I got married, the bed I slept on was too short too. I'm 6'3".In the upper bunk? Wow your son is so sweet to not complain about how small it is. The problem is with the ceiling bed is no easy way to dangle your feet off the end because it's got a rail. That was my son's hang upNot sure it even rose to the level of being sweet.
