DCL Cast phone line having issues

Hey guys, anyone else try to call the DCL sail away CM phone number? Sounds like they changed the initial intro and prompts and when it says to stay on the line to talk to someone it just disconnects. Tried several times over the last few days

Currently on hold on the regular DCL phone number
