DCL bus not showing on reservation or check-in?

We are scheduled to go on the Wish in August, and I am completing the online check-in. We are flying in the night before, staying at the Hyatt in the airport, and the plan is to take the DCL bus to the port. However, I am not seeing the bus on our reservation, but instead, I am seeing "transportation declined."

According to our TA, that is because we are not using the bus service upon our return. However, as I am completing the online check-in, I am not seeing the bus reservation, and instead, we have been given a PAT. Should I be concerned, or is there a way that I can confirm that we have reserved seats on the bus to take us to the port?
 
Yes, be concerned. There was a recently a widespread glitch in the system that deleted a lot of people’s bus transportation from the system. I had to call in to fix it and it had to be rebooked—good you have a TA who can call, I spent 17 hours on hold over multiple call attempts trying to get through *sigh*
 
We only did the bus one way and it showed transportation purchased on our reservation. I would definitely have your TA follow up with DCL.
 
Agreed. Be concerned. I had this happen to me on my last cruise, too. My TA had to re-add the transportation.
 

We just added transportation from port to airport and it now shows on our reservation. I would have your TA check on it as others have suggested.
