What did you ladies do for your wedding night meal. Since there is only going to be 6 of us in total (including 2 young children) I wondered what options were available for a wedding night dinner.

Thanks

I will bump this for you...We did Palo, but we had 13 people in the Palo Room

I think your head server can arrange anything you need that night..you are all linked I am guess, so you will already be eating at the same table.

Since we weren't in our dining room the night of the wedding, the next night, they brought our topper to the dining table to eat (you can't take the cake off the ship)

and they also brought us this (because we had about 20 Dis'rs all linked)

Since you mentioned this I may as well ask it here (DisneyDmbNut you are my info center)....LOL. If my dd decides to try and do the Palo Room for a dinner after the Ceremony what is the additional CHARGE for this?? I know that Palo has the extra charge for dinning there durring a cruise but how is that handled if you do it as a part of your onboard Wedding???

I hade suggested it to her and she was wondering the same thing, I am not sure if it is mentioned in her paperwork or not since we discussed it before she had the papers. All of her RSVP are not due until July and she said she doesn't have to have her paperwork back to Disney until September so we have time. She is going to try and link all of us for dinner and she had a spot on the RSVP for the Confirmation # for anyone comming so that can be done.

Thanks in advance for all your Onboard Information, you are wonderful:goodvibes

there is no extra charge for the room..it is first come, first serve as a request. That is why I had Cathy request it.

We were charged $15 for each person (plus alcohol) other than the bride & groom, but our friends grabbed the check and wouldn't let us pay as a gift to us!

The Palo Room can only be held for 12 - 14 people

ETA - I think a "reception" is included with a DCL wedding..I know if you have a Castaway wedding, they bring you up to Palo for a cake reception and you have the whole place to yourself, but I am not sure if that is the same for a onboard ceremony
