My husband and I returned from a cruise out of San Juan a week ago.
The DCL Navigator app on both of our phones and on my tablet (which was never connected to my stateroom) thinks we are still on the cruise. My phone says ship time is 7:02 am and I am in St. Kitts. My tablet says ship time is 4:31 pm and I am in Aruba. (The actual time in both St. Kitts and Aruba is currently 4:09 pm.)
We have tried closing and re-opening the app to try to return to the "planning from home" version, but nope, we can't see our 2026 cruise details. We can see a list of onboard activities from last week and a notification "You are currently not connected to the DCL-Guest Network."
Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions for how to convince the app we are nowhere near the DCL-Guest Network and just want to see details for our next cruise?
