DCA parade viewing

On sun 10/26 we will be at DCA. According to the map, it appears that Bayside Brews is along the parade route. Anyone know if this is a decent viewing spot for some down time and an adult beverage?

That is a great place to watch the parade as it it usually in the shade and not very crowded as it is farther "into" the park.
I usually sit right across from the beer stand on the ground by the trees.

I have never had a problem finding a spot for the play parade. Find a shady spot in that area and relax!
