I doubt it. They are hardly doing anything at DISNEYLAND let alone DCA.

Actually Turtle Talk opens on the 15th. So that's about it I guess.

I read (somewhere ... I don't rmember now) that the giveaways will be happening also at DCA.

Also, since the cereemony is going to be broadcast around on big screens, they might have some screens at DCA so you could still watch the ceremony from there, but that's just a guess.
