DCA Last call?

Last time I was at Carthay Lounge the park closed at 9pm & last call was at 8pm. Is it always 1 hour before closing? So if DCA closes at 8, the last call is 7? (Looking at a trip during more limited park hours & we love getting an evening drink at Carthay.)

Last call is 1 hour prior to closing at least at Carthay Circle. Not sure of Cove Bar and other places.

Two other nightcap options are the Hearthstone Lounge just off the GCH Lobby and the Napa Rose Lounge by the GCH pool. Both are open well after park closing and open to everyone and easily accessible off the DCA entrance to the Grand.

I don't know about Carthay Lounge, but when I was there in May, DCA closed at 9:00 pm and the last call at the Cove Bar was at 8:00 pm.

I think it is one hour before closing. We were at the Cove Bar last month and I remember the waitress coming by and saying last call. It had to be around 8 because we were finishing up to go and get spots for WOC, which was at 9 that night.
