DCA hour confusion

So I looked at the hours for DCA on October 26th and it says the hours are 9 am to 8 pm but it also says that world of color is at 8:15. How is the show at 8:15 if the park closes at 8?

It was touched upon in another thread but this is NORMAL. Basically it gives them time to ensure people can get to WOC and out of the park if leaving. It's just a buffer of time but yes it is correct.
