DCA EMH strategy on WED August 3rd

We are WDW veterans,but this is our first trip to DLR. Two day visit, Wed at DCA and Thursday at DL. We are staying at the DL Hotel and taking advantage of Early Entry at both parks.

What is the most updated strategy for RSR on EMH? A paid online touring plan website recommended these three rides in this order for EMH: RSR, TSMM and CA Screaming. Does that sound do-able? I would love to ride RSR twice ( second time with a fast pass) but i do not want to spend a ton of time in line during the first hour.

FYI, We are early risers and always do non- EMH rope drop at WDW. We usually arrive about 45 minutes before RD.

Thanks for any advice! I feel like a fish out of water trying to plan a DL trip!

I personally head to toy story first ride it at least 2X. Then california screamin. Then i get a fast pass for RSR when the park opens. Only problem is that sometimes toy story has technical issues and isn't open on time.
