That weekend happens to be my birthday, so I have booked.flights and hotel to go down whether I get in or not. I figure I will be going in August with friends anyway, so I plan to do a fairly low-pressure trip.

I entered the sweepstakes and I'm just realizing now that even if I'm lucky enough to get a spot, I may have a schedule conflict. Does anyone know what the different time options are? I checked all of them to increase my chances and now I can't remember what they were.

Just saw this on another website.... Disney is now selling CarsLand & Buena Vista preview tickets to Annual Passholders, http://disneyland.disney.go.com/spe...ture-grand-reopening-preview-for-passholders/ for June 9 and 10. Too bad our APs will expire before then. I'd gladly pay the $50 for a sure thing. Looks like we'll be crossing our fingers for the sweepstakes......

Ditto. I got the e-mail. I was not chosen. Last year I was selected for the Star Tours preview but then was not able to make it at the last minute. This year I could have made it to DCA on June 11 but they didn't pick me. Oh well. I'm disappointed, but it wasn't meant to be for me.

Received an email today that gave updated information regarding the dinners being hosted at CCT as part of the AP Preview.

"Here is some amazing news on the Premiere Dining Experience at Carthay Circle Restaurant. Guests for the June 9 dinners will be greeted by Jennifer Miller Goff, Walt Disney's granddaughter, Gabriella Calicchio, Executive Director of The Walt Disney Family Museum and Russ Weis, Silverado Winery Manager, and guests for the June 10 dinners will be greeted by “Cars” creator John Lasseter and his wife, Nancy Lasseter."

Premiere Dining Experience at Carthay Circle Restaurant, with special wine presentations from the Disney family winery, Silverado, on June 9, and the Lasseter Family Winery on June 10. Guests can also experience Cars Land and Buena Vista Street, plus a private showing of World of Color.
Ticket Cost: $500 (includes tax and gratuity)
By reservation between 6:00pm and 7:30pm.

Dining Experience Includes:
• Experience Cars Land and Buena Vista Street from 6-11 p.m.
• Preferred boarding on Radiator Springs Racers
• Private World of Color show
• Complimentary valet parking at Downtown Disney District (full
