DC What if you have to cancel?

I was wondering if anyone ever had to cancel? I only ask because I had to cancel 2 vacations because my mother got sick and she has no
one else to help. What would happen? Disney was very nice especially since I had to do it the day before. No charges. Thanks

They have cancellation guidelines on the website. It depends how late you cancel.
