DC: temperature in March

We are considering visiting Discovery Cove in mid-March, but are concerned about the temperature at that time of year. I'd hate to spend all that money and be cold all day. We visited Typhoon Lagoon in March in the past and it was cold & rainy. But, maybe that was a fluke.....
