DC / SW ticket question

Buying a ticket for Discovery Cove allows you to go to Sea World for 14-day period. Can you use your Discovery Cove reservation to go to Sea World the day before you go to Discovery Cove? If so, what do you do - do you bring a printout of your DC reservation to SW? Is there a specific place to check in at SW for this?

Yes you can. When we made our DC reservation and chose SeaWorld as our free park, it gave us e-tickets to print for Seaworld which we brought with us. Not sure if this has changed or not.

^ That is correct. If you visit SeaWorld after DC, you can just use your Discovery Cove ID. If you visit SeaWorld before DC, you can present an e-ticket which should have been offered during checkout. If you don't have one, I am sure they could look it up at Guest Relations (with a photo ID), you may just need to wait in line.

From what I have read...there is a Discovery Cove Booth to the left of the regular entrance that you go to to get your entry into Sea World if you don't have e tickets printed out. You present your DC tickets to get your tickets into SW. It lets you go up to 7 times within 14 days.

We purchased Discovery Cove tickets to use in December (2011) and printed out the Sea World e-tickets they emailed me. Unfortunately I left them in the room that we stayed in on the way down to Florida . We were planning on going to Sea World about a week before our Discovery Cove visit. I called the number to Discovery Cove and she said to go to the Discovery Cove window at Sea World and they will give me admission tickets there. I was looking for the Discovery Cove "window" when I came across a Sea World CM and she just directed me to the general Sea World ticket windows and they printed us out our tickets.

When we arrived at Discovery Cove they take your picture and put it on a lanyard and that serves as your ID around the park. It has a barcode on it and you then use that plastic ID as your admission to other parks, if you're still going back to any after your trip to Discovery Cove.
