I am considering taking my DD age 6 to discovery cove during our visit to Florida in January. All of the reviews that I have read about DC are very favorable, I am impressed. What are some thouts from those of you that have visited DC before as to her young age and the possibility of cold weather in January? Would it be worth it? Or should i hold off for a few years?
I also have a 3 and 1 year old. I was thinking this could be a special trip for my 6 year old and myself to enjoy together.

Any imput is appreciated:thumbsup2

Well, at six, I think she is too young for the dolphin swim. Also, the water is VERY cold in every area except for the tropical river. My son just turned 7 and I know this would turn him off. I would hold off for a few year if the cold water would be an issue. :confused3

Thanks for the reply, I think I will hold off, we are planning a trip next year also.
I know she will love it, she loves dolphins. I am concerned that she might get a little spooked. She can tend to be a little dramatic, I know that sounds shocking for a 6 year old girl.:lmao:
