I heard an announcement about this on the radio earlier today -- Springfield Interchange Construction Alert
Click on the link for details. It's really going to affect those going north on I-95 trying to get onto the inner loop of the beltway, and even then it will be late evening/very early morning hours. I know some people travel at odd hours to avoid the traffic, so I just wanted to pass this on.
