He's leaving? The story line the past year has been abismal, so I don't watch much anymore.

Mimi did swear in the chapel that she would tell Shawn the truth if he survived his binge. She had the perfect opportunity and didn't push for the test. The girl could have gotten out of this one relatively unscathed if she'd done so.

The way I look at it is she did say that she was going to tell him, but when she came back to Shawn he had already found out by that file. What she would have told him would have been less info than what was in that file. The info that Kate, Bonnie and Mimi have has never been confirmed with a DNA test and there wasn't one pushed after the finding of the file. As I see it Mimi is off the hook now. But then again, all I did was hope that that nonsense would be over, so maybe this is just wishful thinking...

Now, just make Hope's baby Bo's and I can move on with my life!

Well I certainly agree with THAT idea! I just went back and read the last few pages of this thread, and it looks like it's time to start watching DAYS more closely again! I couldn't stand the story lines the past year or so, but a new head writter may help all of that and get things straight. I hope so! I'd love to have a DAYS addiction again!

I read today in Soap Digest that we won't see the new writers stuff until Oct. He is working with this writer to clear up all these storie lines. He also said he doesn't do Satanic or demon story lines. He wants to bring it back to family issues and basics. It also said we will see who the hand is and have the suspense on seeing the person get caught. Said this has been going on to long too. He wants to see Sami and Lucas have fun stories again and get the couples back to normal.

So hopefully something good comes soon, that is why everything is going so fast.

So today Will is missing, Kate thought she got caught with the disc. Bo needs but there was only a monkey on it. We are still going in circles with Bo and Hope though. And how did Patrick get in the police academy so fast and now he is working on the murder case and Tek is calling him Lucky. And of course Hope is saying it is over again because Bo didn't show up for the ultrasound but he did. Around and around we go.....

Patrick in the Police Academy is just ridiculous, I didn't used to mind Patrick, but now when he shows up in scenes I dread what is going to happen next...

Hope is starting to get on my nerves too. You want your baby's daddy and the man who wants to kill him in the same room? She's just asking for trouble...

NAB, Tek was calling Patrick ROOKIE, not Lucky. Somebody with a criminal background gets into the police academy and starts working immediately on a murder case. Only on soaps. LOL

That makes more sense Angelrose. Did you see it today. Why are they all worrying about this race and a news conference when Will is missing. All they say is we will find him and move on. We could hope that they bring him back as an older Will. I can't figure out why someone would want Sami to give him up. Only Kate would want that. Kate did want Austin with Carrie but then it doesn't make sense with the Shawn/Mimi/Belle/Phillip story. Not to mention she was with them when we saw the gloved one.

I thought is was starting to pick up but we seem to being going around and around in circles again. I love Hope and Bo and am so tired of her not trusting or believing in him and choosing PATRICK (UGH I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL HE LEAVES) And what the heck is this all about with Marlena leaving again, she just got back, all her kids are in turmoil and she is leaving, I am so tired of that. PLEASE let October get here fast. And what do all of you think about Steve and Billie, I mean I love Steve and Kayla but he does not seem so bad with Billie. They have to find someone for her - EJ??? And PLEASE let them find ou the truth about Kate and find the disc so Bo can be cleared and Hope will finally believe him (I just hate that he has to prove this to her). Thanks for letting me vent.

I think the Will thing is funny because I was thinking too, recast him older with the Max/Abby/Chelsea/Steph group they need another guy. Plus I am sorry this is so mean of me to say about a kid but he is not at all cute and can't act.

I really like Steve and Kayla, come on how many people has Billie been with in that Family now she is going to brother in laws.

I read on Jason's site today that Stefano will be returning! That should stir things up a bit! Good, the show needs it.

The show seems to be getting a bit better these days, I think it is because they have had an interim writer, Reilly hasn't been writing for a while now. Sheffer's first head writer show is due to air October, 6th.

I also read on some board (I don't remember which one, I was just poking around) and got an answer on Kates black nails! They said (and there were several that agreed) that she paints 2 of her nails black in reference to David Bowie. I don't know if that has been posted here before and I don't know if it is even true, but her nails have bugged me so I thought I would share!

I am sad to see Jack and Jen leave, but the others don't really bother me. In face, I'll be glad when Austin and Carrie are gone, they really bug me!

I will be glad to see the new Shawn start, he looks like he is cute, I just hope he can act! (Unlike the Belle they had before this one!)

I also agree about Austin & Carrie, although I liked Carrie I never liked Austin and again I agree with the Will statement - And I hate to see JACK leave, Jen too but especially JACK, hey just thought they could have put Jack and Billie together. Jack is so popular I don't understand why they are letting him go. COME ON STEFANO.

Bringing Stephano back is long over due and I'll believe it when I see him.

Does anyone have a picture of the new shawn?

Is anyone buying that shawn and bell did not sleep together?

Is that what we are supposed to believe?

I know with the new writer coming up, the goal is to speed all the stories along to get through with them.

Brandon Beemer plays the new Shawn. His first apperance will be Sept. 28

Melissa Reeves (Jen) will be leaving also. Her last date is Sept. 21 Matt Ashford (Jack) will be kidnapped around the same time and will depart from the show.

Kyle Brandt (Philip) is leaving the show this fall.

Farah Fath (Mimi) has requested to be let go from the show before February 2007.

Austin Peck (Austin) and Christie Clark (Carrie) have been the latest actors to be let go from Days.

Brody Hutzler (Patrick) and Billy Warlock (Frankie) are also being let go.

Everyone is leaving! LOL

If Jack is kidnapped where is Jen going to be going then? I read in the tv guide he is kidnapped and in an old lady's cabin or something like that

And if John and Marlena were off all summer together why are they acting like they are just friends

Nope that was Charolette Ross. She played on NYPD Blue. They are very simular though.

If they recast an older "Will", how much older can they really go? The actress who plays Sami must only be in her late 20's. As it is, it's hard to believe that Will is her son. I know she had him at 15, but this actor who plays Will seems to be around 14, which would put Sami at 29. I don't think she's that old. I guess being this is DAYS, we'll have to believe Sami can be a parent to a 20 year old

But if they don't age him soon , Theo and Jack junior are going to catch up. They aged Abby but not Will. He stayed 2 for a long time and now they have him this age forever.

I am getting worried for the show. With all these people leaving and all these strange story lines, I wonder if it's going to make it!

I was hoping it wasn't EJ they were making it pretty obvious. I did read somewhere just now that Stephano is coming back soon. Hope so. I was hoping the glove was Victor.....
