Maybe some of you more consistent longtime watchers can help me with a question. I have been watching that new show You're The One That I Want where they are looking for the leads for the Broadway production of Grease and one of the guys on there used to be on Days. I looked up his bio and it said he played a character named Hawk. Does anyone remember this character?

During the EVE Donovan, Tanner Scofield era... Tanner Fell for a girl named Molly(Hawkins by birth, but not sure if she used the name), her grandfather(Dont remember his name) was a Con artist. Hawk was helping the grandfather get some kind of inheritance away from Molly, I think it ended up that Hawk and Molly were cousins or brothers(same grandfather).

Molly and Tanner end up falling in love.

But this is from the top of my head, so I could be wrong.

I really thought J. Eddie Peck played Hawk. I have no idea who that guy is and I do remember the Cruise of Deception, yet I can't place that character.

I think you did pretty good at that. I think it said that Hawk was a 1/2 brother.

I also ahve to agre with a pp that Mimi was rather weak. I would have faught back. Not to mention called the cops on him. If they didn't remove all the evidence they would ahve found fingerprints. It said that the cruise of deception ran in 1990 but this guys bio said unknown episodes from 2001-2002 so something doesn't make sense...

I do remember Hawk (Eddie Peck) as the other guy with Molly and Tanner storyline... Oh Tanner was a cutie then he was evil on another soap. Do you think they would have two characters named hawk?

I wonder if this guy was just one of the teen group... was it in 01-02 that the teens were on the island and found Grandma Hortons jewels and Jan got raped?

This is like Days Triva Pursuit. And I must be getting old because I dont' remember a lot of the storylines with out having re read them. I do remember Hope in the cage above the acid. And I remember Alice's missing jewel.

I agree Phillip has become evil Phillip again.

How old are Belle and Shawn? They go on the run with out money They were planning to steal Claire but never thought of where they were going or how.

Sami is feeling ill, we can guess why I am sure.....

Marlena is hearing John's voice again. Why is she always going to sleep on the couch

I don't remember "Hawk" either but then again, I didn't know / remember that Benji was a DiMiera. Who are his parents?

Whatever happened to the DiMiera mansion?

And come on, Phillip just had a face transplant but amazingly he had no long lasting effects - blood, bruises - from getting punched. I don't even understand why they wrote that in. Lots of characters get recast and they don't have weird story lines for the different faces.

If I were Mimi I'd have kicked Phillip in his arificial leg. Oh wait, I guess we're supposed to have forgotten about that since it seems that it was when he re-enlisted.

I still think some story lines are on the lame side - Sami getting raped, give her and Lucas a break already - but overall, it's feeling more like the old days!

I've been wondering the same thing. Can't help but wonder if they couldn't get the new/old Philip back in time for when they wanted this storyline to start. So they just put another actor, swathed in bandages, unable to speak in his place until he could come on? That would explain it. I haven't been able to come up with anything else.

Now they take off the bandages and he's good as new.

According to the info on my DVR, looks like Sami discovers she is pregnant today and tomorrow. WHAT A SHOCK

I thought the same thing about no money. Please, in "real life" Belle would have gotten tons of cash from Marlena for the "run" before actually taking Claire. AND they would have already stocked up on clothes, diapers, food, etc to have it waiting in the car. Maybe they aren't responsible enough to have Claire after all.

Of course Phillp is going to find them because they will be dumb and pawn her wedding ring like he told Roman. Phillip sure is making the show exciting lately.

I heard a rumor on the DOOL message boards that Sami is supposed to be pregnant with twins, one child will be E.J.'s and the other child will be Lucas'. I think they did a stupid storyline like that on Guiding Light years ago. Its so far-fetched, but I can see them doing this.

I know it was suppose to be a rape scene but E.J was pretty funny when he said it was turning him on when she was trying to be mean to him.

I remember watching when she was in the car with EJ..and I haven't been able to watch since..just catch bits and pieces on Soap Net...but why is it that she didn't just tell everyone that EJ raped her ...or blackmailed her to sleep with him so he would help save Lucus. Wouldn't it have been better to come out with it then...and no one would have blamed her..he put her in an impossible situation?
