Days left on ticket - call where?

Somewhere here on the DIS boards I saw a phone number (It was bolded in red) where you could call & find out how many days left on a ticket - it was a new service being tried out by Disney - I have a couple of tickets I want to check & I cannot find the thread (yes- I used the search function & I still cannot find it)

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!!

When the system answers-
Press "Option 2" when asked.
The CM can then check what's still on your ticket if you read her/him the numbers printed on it.

They are only open Mon-Sat.
