Can anyone tell me about this place? My sister wants us to stay there because they are camping at a campground close by and it would be easier to get together. It says it was remodeled in 2000. Any help is appreciated.
I am not sure if this is the same one we stayed but it was a basic hotel room, nothing special. But it was clean, comfrontable and quiet. The only trouble I had was that they couldnt find my reservation at first but I had the confirm info and all was good
The Day's Inn we stayed at was at 1111 Harbor (Disneyland is 1313 Harbor). IF you would like to know anything else let me know.
yes, it's the same address as what I have. Do you know if the shuttle is just for their hotel or does it pick up at others? They said there is a micro and frig in the room and continental breakfast. Is it okay or should we go out for breakfast?
Yes, our room did have a micro and a mini-fridge. The breakfast was donuts, toast and cereal along with juice, coffee, tea and ONCE they had hot chocolate, pretty much all you can or want to eat/drink. So if you are used to eating more or different for breakfast you might have to go out. But this was great for us, my girls loved eating donuts for breakfast for 5 days, and we rarely eat more the ceral for breakfast at home.
The Shuttle was for the hotel only (as far as I know) it is really only a mini-van. I like having my car so we can come and go as we please, plus with AAA passes we got free parking. But the shuttle runs every thirty mins. (I believe) starting 30 mins before "offical" park opening until 30 mins after "offical" closing. In other words forget about early entrance. But you could walk in less then 15 mins to the parking lot enterance and take the tram.
I think I answered all your Q's if you have any more let me know, I will be ahppy to answer.
