Days Inn Lake Buena Vista

I am looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay in for our first night b4 moving to the Dolphin. I was looking at the Days Inn in Downtown Disney (Lake Buena Vista).

Is it far or too busy to walk to the DD marketplace? Would we be better off staying elsewhere? Opinions please.

I don't think there is a Days Inn in Downtown Disney. There is one at Maingate east (which I wouldn't recommend).

The Days Inn I'm referring to is the Days Inn Lake Buena Vista and it says it's 1 mile from Downtown Disney.

Can anyone tell me anything about this hotel or the area.

Be careful with the Days Inn's in the Orlando area. The posts on this site have generally given negative reviews of all the Days Inns. Good Luck

This is not in the Disney resort. Off property if that matters. I don't think you could walk to DD! The DD resorts are all on Hotel Plaza Blvd.
