Days Inn - Cocoa Beach??

We are planning to spend 1 night at Cocoa Beach before our Disney trip in October. Has anyone ever stayed at the Days Inn Cocoa Beach? I couldn't find a single review on the web which makes me a little nervous.

I don't know how this will compare with Days Inn price-wise, but we stayed at Quality Suites Cocoa Beach in June. Very nice, clean 2 room suite with king bedroom, double sleeper sofa in living room, in-suite small fridge (not the cube, the under-counter size), microwave, coffeepot, 2 tvs, continental b'fast w/cereal, bagels, etc., hot-tub off lobby. No pool, but <2 blocks to beach, also shares pool/spa privileges with Radisson at the Port. Only real complaint was that the upholstry on the sofa had a few stains, but nothing gross. Price thru choicehotels.com in June was $80/night plus tax.
