Hi there - wondering about options for taking day drips to the resorts (without an overnight reservation)
We want to take our bikes and ride around Wilderness Lodge, but do not have a planned trip. We will have a reservation for Whispering Canyon.
Can we eat, and then bring our bikes and ride around Wilderness Lodge?
Does disney allow access like that?

We stopped over there 3 weeks ago for lunch and to walk around the resort. We showed ID at the main gate and they let us in. Unfortunately, the walk/bike path from WL to Ft. Wilderness was closed, so it was a quick trip for us. May impact your biking plans too.....

The bike paths around SSR and between SSR and OKW were open, might be a better option for you. Again, all we did was show ID at the gate (although we were staying at another on campus resort, the guard didn't ask about that....)

Can we ride bikes around SSR and OKW? Personal bikes?
Where can we bring personal bikes to ride?

If you insist on riding inside the Disney bubble, I'd try riding at Ft Wilderness. At OKW and SSR it is basically just riding from parking lot to parking lot, which gets old quick.

Honestly, I'd go outside the Disney bubble to ride bikes.

Did you mean Fort Wilderness?

I also saw bikers riding the BWV - BCV loop that’s a nice ride with some hills too and you could probably go all the way to HS also.

Does anyone know if the path between wilderness lodge and ft wilderness is closed? We hope to make that walk in April!

If you are driving your personal vehicle with your bikes on the back, unless you have an ADR at that resort, they might not let you enter the resort.

the bikes on the BWV/BCV loop are rentals over by the boats at BWV. No personal bikes unless something has changed that I don't know.
