Playhouse Disney is in town for their road show, so we decided we would make Saturday a Disney Day (we haven't had enough of them this year - hahahaha). We took the kids to the 10am Playhouse show at the mall and then drove over to Epcot. My son (5) and I took off to Test Track (which only had a 45 minute wait posted and we actually only waited 35 minutes). My wife and daughter (2) spent some time strolling through Mousegear (one of their favorite pastimes). After Test Track we called my wife on the two-way radio and found that she had made her way into the World Showcase on a shopping expedition. We met up at the Ice Station for some Cokes from around the world (we all love China, Japan, and Mexico). We then took the boat across the Showcase Lagoon to Germany and toured the shops there. We then enjoyed the street show in Italy. As we were leaving Italy, the character bus came by. We followed it and met with Minnie, Donald, and Daisy. We shopped our way to France (enjoyed a glass of wine), and then took off to Great Britain. We enjoyed some Woodpecker Cider, and lemoade for the kids, while we watched a couple of street shows and walked through all the shops. We topped it off with dinner at the Rose and Crown. It was excellent. We stopped by the pin trading center and picked up a couple of pins, looked at the kids picture on the Memory wall at the front of the park and drove home.
The weather was great. The park was not crowded. It was a wonderful day!
