Day rooms at Atlantis

I just posted this question on another thread, but just wanting to know, how likely is it in July that we could actually get one of these rooms? We are taking 3 kids and this seems like a great option for us, but I am really nervous about not getting one and being there with nothing to do with three kids. I know we could do the Disney excursion but...really like the idea of a room where if need be my 2 year old could rest/nap during the day....Please let me know your experience with this. Also, can you just go to Atlantis and pay to use the beach? Thanks so much for the info!!!
