Is there a benefit to always doing your long walk/run on the same day? I know it is recommended to do it on Saturday but I can not. I have been alternating Thursday or Friday. I think I prefer Friday so I can use Saturday as my rest day.
I am way too sore to even think of going to the gym today so I think Friday is the better day for the long walk.
