We started out the day by taking the bus to the Magic Kingdom. Dennis wanted to go on Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain. We had fast passes and they worked out well. We all rode BTM two times, SM 1 time and got to Tom Sawyer's island in a little over an hour. The was another alligator in the canal to Tom Sawyer's island, so the boys were in hog heaven! They love the mines and all the little places to explore on the island.
Next we headed over to The Jungle Cruise. More snakes and crocs!!
After this Dennis took Brandon to the Tiki Room and I took Ryan and Alex on the Pirate ride again. We ate a bite at The Pirate and the Parrot. Then met up and we over to the Country Bears!
This is one of our family favorites. Onwards to the Haunted Mansion...
Alex got really scared on this because our ride broke down in the graveyard scene for about 4 minutes. Luckily he made it out alive!!
We headed across the park to the People Mover. This was closed during the Halloween party and the boys really missed it. On the way we took a few photos in front of the castle.
The People Mover was empty as usual and we had a good time. After this we headed out of the park. We took the monorail over to EPCOT. I got to ride in the front with the 3 boys.
Upon arrival at EPCOT, we rode Spaceship Earth. While the kids and Dennis played at the ATT Telecommunications Center, I ran off and got Fast Passes for Test Track. They were not until 4 hours later. We headed for Japan where we planned on eating late lunch. Just as we arrived it started storming. We had a great lunch. The chef was one of the best. This restaurant is one of our family traditions, so we have been here quite a few times.
The boys ate wonderfully and really enjoyed watching the chef.
After lunch the rain started to clear and a beautiful rainbow came out! It didn't show up well on the film though.
We headed towards test track and on the way stopped in the China pavillion. It had started to rain again and I knew TT didn't run in the rain so we took our time. Alex found some more snakes!
We made it to Test Track and it was up and running!! We used our FPs and got on very quickly. They shut down the stand-by line completely. I'm sure not many people were happy about that.
They allowed anyone with expired FPs on at least for a little while.
After Test Track we headed back to Innoventions. Alex and Brandon played in the Tree-via Game Show!
After we played on the light up sidewalks for a long time, well they did with Dennis while I hit Mousegears! We slowly walked towards the back of the park and listened to Illuminations on the way back to our room.
That night I got the room packed up and and it continued to storm throughout the night. I couldn't believe our 5 nights at the Beach Club was over already, but I was really excited and ready for the upcoming cruise!
I will continue the rest on the Cruise Trip Report Forum!!
